Returns and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Natures Edge. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns:

  • You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different one, contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive your item, we will process the exchange and ship out the new item to you promptly. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), personalized items, and gift cards.
